SET Duct Manufacturing offers round spiral sizes of 4" diameter through 84" diameter which has you covered from the smallest to most of the larger projects. Exposed spiral ductwork has seen growth over the past 10 to 20 years because of it's pleasing looks, airflow efficiency, field labor savings and lightweight construction as compared to rectangular.

All pipe is manufactured with spiral lockseam construction, seam type RL-1, from G60 minimum hot dipped steel meeting ASTM A527. Spiral pipe and fittings are available in stainless steel, aluminum, PCD, galvannealed and aluminized. Dual wall round ductwork is available with a perforated inner wall and with any of the listed material types for the outer wall. A solid inner wall is also available with 1", 2" or 3" insulation thickness.

All of our spiral ductwork is manufactured in our facility. We do not buy, resell and ship in ductwork from hundreds of miles away. Solutions to your questions and delivery requirements are provided and controlled under our roof. We have committed to keeping pipe and standard fittings in stock for sizes up to 24" diameter so that your basic projects can be picked up today. Flat oval spiral ductwork offers the appealing look of regular round spiral but with the abilities to provide airflow in tighter space restrictions like rectangular duct such as low ceilings. Flat oval ductwork also offers a higher technical look that many smaller fabricators cannot supply. The flat oval process starts with round ductwork that is stretched to a list of given flat oval sizes. There are a certain amount of flat oval sizes that the round pipe can be stretched into so consult the factory for a list of available sizes.

A controlled shop environment with rolling tables, plasma cutters, welders and full use of power equipment is a better place to install your ductwork items. Rectangular register saddles, round saddle taps and end connection flanges can all be factory installed by us and delivered to your jobsite at a fixed cost and not a variable one in the field.
